As a Client Site Support Engineer for Elite Group IT, you will provide dedicated IT Desktop support directly to users at a key customer’s office location. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure at this customer site.
As a Support Engineer at Elite Group IT, you will independently support customers by managing technical issues across desktop, network, cloud, and voice services. The role involves actively troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and contributing to systems enhancements.
