Offering a wide range of high-quality furniture for nearly every room in your home, including sofas, occasional and dining, beds, and bedrooms, as well as both fitted and freestanding and fitted kitchens.

The Challenge

After an initial technical assessment and discussion with the team at B&B Furniture, Elite Group IT Account Manager Danny Hands identified their current telephony system was outdated and offered limited functionality. It was clear that B&B furniture would benefit from improved connectivity and an advanced phone system to support effective communications with their valued customers.

The Solution

To ensure that B&B furniture was equipped with cost effective, high availability and optimal connectivity, Elite Group IT deployed a fibre broadband connection,  complimented by our Elite Hosted Voice service. Fast and reliable fibre delivers a stable internet service whilst the hosted phone system offers advanced features such as call recording, call reporting and an online directory enabling B&B to personalise their customer interactions.

As B&B are open 7 days a week, installation was planned to ensure disruption to their operation was minimal with zero downtime. Training and onsite support was provided after the installation, ensuring the B&B team were confident using their new phone system and the additional features.
