Recruitment works is a local recruitment agency that works with different sectors across the Island, including finance, e-gaming, hospitality, and construction. They pre-screen candidates and ensure that relevant CVs are sent to employees.

In order to maintain open channels of communication with candidates and employers, Recruitment Works needed a reliable and feature-rich phone system.

Recruitment Works is based in a Hubb location, where Elite Group IOM already provides Fibre broadband and a Managed Network to all users. To complete their IT provision, Recruitment Works still needed a quality phone system.

The Solution

Given the strong and reliable connectivity already available at the Hubb, we decided to deploy a hosted phone system that uses VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), which allows Recruitment Works to make calls over the Internet rather than traditional phone lines.

We also installed our latest, feature-rich handsets, which are complete with touchscreens. This makes our phone system particularly easy to use for the staff at Recruitment Works.

Our team went to the premises to install and set up the new phones system, ensuring everything was ready to go and that the staff knew how to use the touch-screen function and phone system features.
