The last few months have been extremely busy for our product & technical teams and have seen the launch of our renamed hosted PBX product including 2 new editions and an updated feature set offered by the latest version of the platform.

 

 

We are also pleased to announce that we are now able to offer SNOM handset leasing, avoiding any up-front, capital expenditure and making the transition to our Elite Voice platform even easier.

After receiving feedback and analysing how our customer base use our voice services, we have undertaken a major update of our hosted PBX product suite and the associated services, with two exciting new additions added:

 

Elite Voice Lite

Ideal for smaller businesses who require few ongoing changes, this version has a reduced support requirement and a self-service administration portal or our engineers can make the changes for a small fee. 

 

Elite Voice Business

The primary go-to version for modern businesses and provides a fully managed, one-stop-shop for all your communication needs, with priority support 24 hours a day for every day of the year, all for a simple fixed monthly cost.

 

This business edition takes all the pain away from administering your own communications platform and allows you to focus on your own business and customers, all for a simple fixed cost per month.

One of our dedicated account managers and a product specialist will discuss your requirements with you, drawing out product features of particular interest to match your needs.

Once you are happy and wish to progress, the required configuration is agreed and built before delivery to site, accompanied by user training and relevant user documentation.

If you have any further configuration changes, such as new users or new hunt groups, then simply let us know and our engineers will quickly implement those for you.

Avoid the upfront capital expenditure traditionally associated with migrating to a new communications solution by leasing SNOM handsets and accessories directly from us.

Integrate your teams tenancy with the Elite Voice PBX to take advantage of Microsoft Direct Routing, enabling you to directly route calls to your colleagues/employees Microsoft teams account making working from anywhere in the world achievable.

2 Factor Authentication for User Access

Currently 2FA is available for user level logins within the Elite Voice platform allowing your users to securely login to their account on the web portal using 2FA.
